Sentinel: Descendants in Time offers a plunge into the story created by Australian author Terry Dowling. The story is based on his works. A certain junk dealer, buying up old artifacts, kidnaps the protagonist's sister. A guy named Beni must explore the crypt of an ancient civilization on the orders of the antagonist in order to free his relative. He goes to the Tastan Tombs, which are guarded by a powerful creature.

The catacombs alone will not be enough. A young man will visit 7 worlds - Maru, Goda, Tregett, corabanti, Sanselard and others. In each location you need to find a puzzle piece to put them together and solve one global puzzle at the end. On the way to the goal will have to deal with other puzzles of varying degrees of complexity. The scenery itself is diverse. The protagonist will visit the island and underwater, will see lava and exotic plants. And the initial zone is not the usual old corridors, but a high-tech underground complex. Project "Sentinel: Guardian of Time" belongs to the quest.

We are watching the action from the first person. The hero walks completely, rather than teleporting between screens, as it often happens in older games of this genre. You can move on the plane in any direction. The adventurer can't jump. Makes you go around even small thresholds, but doesn't let you fall off any cliffs. For those who find the title difficult, there is a built-in hint system. Also on the locations themselves there are tips.
