Need for Speed Underground, a racing arcade game whose setting was inspired by the movie "Forsage". Gameplay is presented by several types of races and global customization. Racers compete in the neon-drenched metropolis of Olympic city. The player as a rookie challenges the best drivers of the city and tries to defeat the King of the Underground.

In NFS: Underground there are 6 types of competitions:

• circle - you have to finish the final circle first;
• An elimination race - whoever finishes a lap last is eliminated;
• Sprint is a race from point A to point B, where you want to be the first to arrive;
• Drift - using the skid to score the maximum number of points;
• Drag racing - a race in a straight line with timely gear shifting;
• Test-Drive is a practice game where the player can set individual racing parameters.

The protagonist of Lust for Speed: Underground Races has two friends, Samantha and T.J. There are 6 racers among the opponents:

• Eddie is the leader of the Eastside gang. The car is a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34;
• chad is the best sprint racer. Drives a Toyota celica GT-S;
• Kurt is the king of the ring race. Driving an Acura RSX;
• Todd is a drag racing leader. competes in the Mitsubishi Lancer ES;

• Melissa - loves drag racing. Eddie's Girl. Drives a Dodge Neon.

UFS career: The Underground has 112 laps. Before each race you can choose from three difficulty levels. In the campaign there are more than 20 cars, and 5 prizes, which are opened in "Quick Race".
