Lillian's Game. Episode One: crazy Friends tells the story of a girl with extraordinary abilities. Her parents didn't like that her daughter was different from other children, causing her to be sent to a mental institution. The main character has a teddy bear that she loves very much. His name is Bob and she made him out of parts of various figures.

The player takes control of Lillian, who is in the hospital. The user has several tasks to complete as they navigate through a side-scrolling two-dimensional world. You'll have to find your way out of the asylum and explore your surroundings, dark corridors, constantly falling into a parallel dimension. The gamer will distinguish reality from illusion, and try to hide from the nightmares that haunt the protagonist. In the process, the real world of Lylian: Episode One: Paranoid Frendship intertwines with paranoid consciousness and nightmares.

Along the way, the central character will encounter various enemies and nurses who must be fought in order to move on. The walkthrough will begin with an escape from the chamber. The ward is aided by a mysterious shadow and unleashes a straitjacket. After which Lylian ruthlessly eliminates rat-catchers, monkey-like children, and nurses. Soon she encounters the lord of the rodent squads, a man of immense stature with a pout.
