In the world of 2234. 223 years have passed since the apocalypse, and in that time mankind has put development back on track. New cities began to be built, former mass graves - abandoned cities - were dug up, and a prosperous society was built in their place. The only thing people lacked was a developed transportation infrastructure. We play as a truck driver, who will transport goods from one city to another - no complicated mechanics in the key process, but Hard Truck Apocalypse / Ex Machina is not a simple trucker simulator on a planet where the apocalypse happened 200 years ago.

Besides the fact that all over the world the roads have been littered with human bodies and stones and sand, on our way there will be marauders, bandits and other criminal gangs wanting to take away our goods. No one can make a full-fledged caravan because people are busy building and developing, and the share of delivering goods is entirely on us.

The mechanics of the game is simple: drive a truck, deliver goods. Upon arrival at the point where you complete the mission you will receive a cash reward from which you can upgrade your vehicle with new machine guns and rocket launchers.

There will always be some goods left in your car, and you will also pick up the wreckage of your enemies' cars. You can sell them in any city you come to for delivery, and from that collect a pretty good fortune to make perfect armor on your car.
