During the adventure, the character must save his comrade Veleus from a dangerous sorcerer named Partax. The boys both tried to escape from the kingdom of Duredill, where the use of magical powers is forbidden. Arif, the protagonist in the purple cloak, is caught with a friend to the king's aides, who hid them in prison. From there, Veleus is sent to one country in which he must fight in the theater of war Partax.

In one of the battles, a young boy is wounded and is now dying. The character escapes to complete all the trials in the battles and save his friend from death. Between battles, the user can walk around the locations, for example, go to the library, the shop, to visit a sick guy. In the process, you can find useful items, communicate with other characters. The action game has a couple of endings, which depend on the outcome of the fight with the bosses, or rather their death or mercy. Battles use spells that are in the book. It is constantly replenished with spells. Also there are runes that impose certain properties on the magic, for example, make fireballs homing missiles. Knowledge points are earned in arenas, allowing the protagonist to increase mana and health.

Battles are divided into four seasons, each of which consists of several stages. At each stage, the enemies get stronger and stronger, and the final stage is a boss fight. Victory brings new ultraspells, such as the deadly tornado, the summoning of a tree with seeds in the form of bombs. In summer, the temperature is appropriate, and the enemies will choose fire spells, using demons, dragons, fire elementals. Autumn is often attacked with lightning bolts that can stun and slow down.

You can take four simple and one ultraspell for a duel. In total, there are over thirty spells available in the game. They are divided into six elements, such as earth, air, water, fire. In addition, the protagonist can use magical traps, summons, and projectiles. Gamer chooses what he needs, but it is better to stick to the balance and take different spells.
