Download Digimon world

Digimon world has no official relation to the series. It is a fan-made creation made in the RQMD program. An amateur project is very different from an inspired game. If the main franchise was a mix of simulator pet care and role-playing game with turn-based battles, then this indie product is a quest.

The product has an alternative name Digimon world 1.5. The story begins after the end of the events of the original and the very first DW. A lot of digimon are getting lazy. As a result, File city is going through a bad patch as they scattered and stopped doing their jobs. A young man finds himself in this world. But all the guy cares about is getting back to his home dimension. The story parodies the narrative from the source material. Some incomprehensible moments are explained later as you go through.

The game has a third-person view. The user observes the main character from above and slightly sideways at an angle. Gameplay is standard for quests: the protagonist walks around locations, communicates with locals, solves riddles and looks for items that will help him get to previously inaccessible places. Pixel-hunting is present, and in large quantities. The zones with the transition to the neighboring screens are not highlighted in any way, so to change the area have to look for them in the literal sense by touch.
