The central character in the project Baby Blues - a three year old boy named Tommy. He, like many children his age, loves to play with teddy bears and other toys. One day he wakes up in the middle of the night to a mysterious noise and discovers that the plush toys have disappeared from their seats. Tommy's eyes begin to glow dimly, but he doesn't give it any importance and sets out to find the bears.

The player takes control of the boy and navigates through a large house where the protagonist's parents also live. The main task is to get to the missing things and get back to bed, but he has no idea what he is facing. He notices that something strange is going on in the area, but he does not fully understand it and continues to search for the treasured items. Many users who have played this game have given it another name - Baby Slender.

The process is presented as a first-person horror where there are no multiple screencasts or horrifying elements. A terrifying atmosphere is present, but users will simply need to explore the surroundings and collect illuminated objects. The house is explored thanks to the plan of the mansion, which is in the hands of Tommy. This is a mini-adventure where the protagonist simply explores his cabin and occasionally stumbles upon mysterious phenomena. You'll need to get to several bears scattered around the area.
