ANNIE: Last Hope - a voxel top-down shooter for one player. The Pixel Rice team offers gamers a whole new experience from the old-school shooter with a camera overhead view. Unlike most representatives of the genre, this indie project is made in a unique voxel style, where all objects are created from small three-dimensional cubes. The visual style is reminiscent of Meincraft.

In the story, the town where Annie and her boyfriend John lived, was attacked by alien creatures that can infect the protein life forms, turning them into bloodthirsty monsters. Protein means every living thing known to man, including fruits and vegetables. And that means that John will be confronted not only by mutated humans, but also by revived bloodthirsty food.

ANNIE: Last Hope has all the main aspects of the genre: hurricane-fighting, hordes of enemies, puzzles, all sorts of obstacles, which can also be used to destroy monsters. The main character is able to dodge projectiles and melee attacks. This mechanic will repeatedly help him during battles with bosses.

The game's main features:

  • Special art style created by HD Voxel
  • Spectacular shooting with great control
  • Interesting Boss Design
  • challenging levels with challenges
  • Simple but rich plot
  • Narrative music design
  • Full gamepad support
