Acaratus crosses medieval and steampunk together. In this world, humanoid robots exist along with slavery. Earth is ruled by an emperor named Helios. One day, this despot is challenged by a girl who calls herself Adina. She used to be a slave trader, but now she's in charge of freeing people and leading a revolution.

The project belongs to the genre of turn-based role-playing games. It also has elements of Rogalicks and KKIs. The user controls a combat mech. He can replace parts, including limbs and the cockpit. There is an opportunity to change weapons. For example, you can give the robot a gun in one hand and a shield in the other. In Acaratus all these parts are bought in stores, given as rewards, or knocked out of defeated opponents.

Battles take place in open and closed locations with an isometric view. Gradually the user acquires a small army of mechanical warriors. They move in squares. Opponents can be attacked from afar or hit up close. More mechs are able to use skills like repairs and jerks. To do this, use cards from a pre-assembled deck before the fight. The character gets experience for participating in duels and gets pumped up. Between fights, the heroine travels around the global map (which is randomly generated) and participates in random events.
